Ordered a Chinese using a Facebook voucher and paying the remainder by PayPal, a little while after placing the order takeaway.com rang to say they couldn't place my order and they will give me a new voucher and refund my money to place another order, so I placed another order with a different restaurant only to be rung again to say they couldn't place this order either as they couldn't get hold of the takeaway, I said to carry on trying because it was a joke, I got off the phone and looked up the takeaway and rang them myself and got straight through to 'la Bella' who had not had an order from takeaway.com, so it was an hour and 20 mins from me placing my original Chinese order that my new order was even accepted
