I have ordered Mobile Action i-gotU GT-820Pro GPS Bike & Travel Computer from Expansys (order reference 31R5-114C-82C2) and according to their webpage I was expecting in the box

.Heart Rate Monitor
The Item I received was without heart rate monitor and without cadence/speed sensor.
I complained prompt to Expansys about this problem and was promised a new package if I returned the old one.
However, few hours later I received an email stating that according the webpage:
. Barometric Altimeter : Yes (Pressure Sensor: BOSCH BMP180)
. Heart Rate Monitor : Sold separately
. Cadence/Speed Sensor : Sold separately
. Memory : Built-in 64MBit
. Waypoint : 200,000.
It is really unbelievable that to find this information I had to open a
hidden part of the webpage and look under technical details, while on the
main page it is stated that the everything should be in the box.
I called Expansys once again and the customer service officer told med that
“in the box” does actually not mean in the box and in this case it is out of
I was not allowed to speak with the supervisor. She was busy with a
customer, but suddenly the customer officer changed her explanation and told
me she was in a meeting.
Currently, I was promised that the manager will contact me. It is now more than two
weeks ago, but nothing has happened.
I have also written a mail to Expansys for 3 weeks ago, but did not received any answer.
I think that this approach is not professional and thus I will do my best to let
other people know it.
