Inputting the information on the website for hotel and valet parking at Gatwick, and then correcting inaccurate info was next to impossible for me. Phoned and received next to no help from the first person, second person said she would change the info if I emailed and then didn't, but the third person I spoke to was great! They checked with the hotel and the parking company that they had the right info and then emailed me to confirm.
Absolutely no problems with hotel and parking company also v good.
