strange sizing - company contacted me offering a refund
It said to measure from elbow crease to wrist bone - so I ordered small even though my measurement was still a few cms short for small. Small is too tight and so ordered medium a couple of days later - have a broken shoulder and couldn't be bothered contacting the company again to query the size, needed a sling asap. No issue with delivery etc. Most people consider elbow crease as the inner elbow, perhaps they should be clearer - do they mean the outer elbow bone? That would make more sense with the sizing.

Following on from our telephone conversation, i have sent accross a free returns label for the original item to be returned to us for a full refund.
I will also pass the above information on, regarding sizing to the product manager to have a look to see if any changes need to be made to the size guide on the website.
