Idk if there's a real costumer support in this "company" or if it's a real company in the first place !! I returned a Mobile phone due to manufacture defect and they gave me a shipping address in France. Before the item arrived to that address it was held by French costumes cause they needed a phone number of the receiver in France. I contacted Valuebasket by email to send me a phone number but they sent me a wrong number (and it seems on purpose..they wanna stall ) and idk if the address is gonna be fake as well !! Anyway , just try to call their phone number in UK...surprise ha ?? IT's FAKE not used number...my mobile phone now is held by french costumes since 5th November due to wrong receiver number !! I already spent 100$ to ship it there ...should I spent another 100$ to ship it back ??!! it's not working anyway and fixing it will cost me as a brand new device !!!!...saw couple of people reported ma review as "missing proof of purchase "....I can post the bill as soon as Trust pilot staff ask !!
