Worst On-Line System Ever

Ordered a smoothie maker four days ago and received acknowledgement - so far so good.

Now the order appears to be 'stuck' as no updates on their site, nor any further emails as promised to confirm delivery details.

Contacted them via their email address, so far no reply. To cancel your order - which I have done - it raises a ticket on their system. So who knows when the cancellation will take effect - if ever.

This also delays me in ordering elsewhere.

On other retailer's on-line sites I use cancellation is instant. Email updates and quick dispatch are also a feature of the retailers I use - makes me feel valued.

Currys also take the money from your account immediately rather than waiting till the goods are dispatched - I find this a shady practice.

I so wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I got involved with these amateurs.


Liars !!!!!!

Been home all day - no attempt to deliver, no card left - that's because they weren't at my house.

Insult to injury - "From Yodel.We've tried to deliver your parcel, sorry we missed you. We will automatically try again tomorrow. Here is your tracking number JD000221560xxxxxxx you can track your parcel by visiting"

They also stated on their web site - "If you are out we will leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a dry, safe place out of public view." - so that didn't happen either.

Totally untrustworthy and a disgrace to their business.
