Excellent doors, well made, heavy and all are a works of art

The whole experience from order to delivery was excellent. Good communication maintained regarding the completion and delivery of the 6 doors. The delivery driver was first class helping with taking the doors to the home and checking that none were damaged. The doors themselves and beautiful and show real craftsmanship, will be ordering a front and rear door when these 6 are hung. No hesitation in recommending UK Oak Doors.

Excellent example of customer care and service

Company went out of their way to rectify an issue with previous delivery. An excellent example of customer care. Customer manager Angela and delivery driver Craig were brilliant. Recompense offered and delivered quickly.

365 Electrical

Really good service when ordering but let down by delivery company who were rude, offensive and I would suggest you use another company.

Ordering on line was easy and contact with 365 was helpful and I would give the experience 10 out of 10, however once the delivery company was involved, or at least the 2 idiots who turned up with the delivery things dropped to a minus 10.
We have recently moved to a new address and have come to realise that it is somewhat difficult to find for deliveries so we have produces a set of directions which we email to companies for the information of their drivers when making deliveries. We did this once we had confirmation from 365 that the item had been sent out.
On the day of the delivery the arrogant, rude and ignorant duo who dropped of the item could not have been more unpleasant, both when they called my wife and later when they eventually turned up.
I would suggest that 365 address this with their delivery agents as this has marred what otherwise would have been a smooth and easy transaction.
