IT'S SO EASY TO STICK TO AS EVERYTHING'S DONE FOR YOU. ALL YOU DO IS EAT, KNOWING THAT YOU WON'T BE EATING TOO MUCH OR THE WRONG FOOD.
ALL I HAVE TO DO IS ADD FRUIT AND VEG AND MILK IN MY TEA WHICH I DO ANYWAY.
I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE BUT IT'S DONE MY BACK A POWER OF GOOD NOT HAVING SO MUCH WEIGHT TO CARRY AROUND.
I LOST A STONE AND A HALF IN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF USING DIET CHEF, WHICH WAS MY TARGET TO LOSE. I GAINED 5lbs OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD AND HAVE NOW RETIRED SO I'M NOT SO ACTIVE AS BEFORE, SO DECIDED TO GO BACK ON THE DIET FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO SHIFT THE REST OF IT.
