We ordered 1700mm and 700mm bath panels which were delivered within four working days. The delivery was left with a neighbour and when we collected it the 700mm was fine but only a broken (150mm) piece of the 1700mm panel had been delivered. Presumably the remainder is being carried around somewhere by a less than bright UPS driver (the courier). On calling Tapoutlet we spoke to Tyra who asked us to send an image of the broken piece. She was extremely helpful and apologetic and immediately ordered another panel with free delivery and refunded the delivery cost of the original order. WE await it's delivery but can't fault Tapoutlet for an issue they had no control / influence over.
