I ordered some items from Missguided on the 10th of March as free net day delivery was offered. My order was apparently delivered on the 11th. I had a note through the door saying the parcel has been "left under black bin".
My black wheelie bin is situated at the bottom of my drive on a main busy road in Sheffield city centre. Therefor the parcel was not there. even though I NEVER once requested for the parcel to be left outside my house!
I have emailed Missguided and they continue to make no progress in this. I'm presuming I'm going to be left with no items and out of pocket.
I know a lot of people at my university that use Missguided who I'v told about this and they will defiantly not be using them again. As a well established U.K clothes company they should use reliable couriers and resolve these problems of the customer.
