My only issue was trying to send the photo book via the website. The instructions were not clear and I spent 2 hours waiting for the photos to go through. Only to be told by the help desk that I just needed to scroll down after putting the credit card details in and press continue. This was very frustrating. The help desk people were very nice and the product was great, it was a pity otherwise my whole transaction would have been very good.
I ordered 'off white' invitation cards and got 'white' envelopes to match. Your website gave no indication what the envelope colour was going to be, when you buy envelopes to go with something you expect them to be the same colour!
