Having ordered various paints etc, all of which were 'in stock' on the web site, I was dissapointed to receive an email saying one paint was out of stock and wouldn't be available for 6 weeks!
I was given the choice to wait or have an inferior product.
Surely keeping the site up to date to avoid disappointing customers can't be that hard :(
On the other hand, parcels are quickly dispatched, and carefully wrapped.
