Ordered some items through EuroCarparts who use Yodel. No delivered contacted EuroCarparts who told me the tracking information.
Contacted Yodel and they allege the items have been delivered. No further information was provided other than I personally signed for them.
A complete fabrication, how can they be delivered on a day when no one is in the house and I was away in France!
Having seen most of these reviews and the Watchdog program it is beggars belief why retailers still use the most incompetent company in the world to deliver customer orders.
Ordered some furniture from Whatafind.com took 6 weeks to delivery even though I was told it would be received within 14 days. They do not call customers back only tell them that they will call them back later, three days after I chased again and received the same response. It was a merry-go-round to have the deliver the items. Yet when they where delivered the items where faulty, the bed and set of draws where damaged.
The company said it was telephone back, still waiting....
A representative from Whatafind.com contacted me about my complaint shortly after reading this review. I was immediately supplied with a replacement order direct from the manufacturer, they delivered the replacement goods and took away the old.
Things do go wrong and it was a shame that it wasn't resolved initially rather than having to resort to a derogatory review before action was taken to resolve the issues, although the outcome was satisfactory in the end.
