Horrible customer service.

Been waiting on shipment for three weeks. Will not ship for at least another two weeks. Tried to call customer service and phone starts making unusual beeping until the call is terminated. Cannot reply to any of the spam sent either. Service dead end. No issues taking the full amount and waiting close to sixty days until the probability of shipment with no one to answer a question is unacceptable.
