As it had been a few days and my account had not been charged I was worried the order had not been dispatched. I sent a msg to customer service and the response came very swiftly advising me it had been dispatched and would be with me the following day. I cannot remember if the order arrived within the quoted time but considering I contacted customer service I assume there was at least a day's delay. Nothing that would make me not recommend bikeinn to others.
