Fab Food!

Have been on programme for 5 days now and am quite enjoying it. The food is surprisingly good - especially the chicken dishes, and there is plenty of variety to choose from, so no getting bored. I don't feel this plan will be hard to stick to, despite the initial shock at the realisation of how large my portions had been !
