You ask for a valid order number to validate your review, when you supply it, you then reject it based on the company that doesn't like your review. Very underhanded, very shameful, I do not trust this site, its moderators and it only seems to look for good reviews, not real life ones based on the truth !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered a viscous fan for a BMW 523i (E39), was warned by a number of users that these parts were of poor quality, but still went ahead and purchased via online service (big mistake !). Once fitted, the part was defective and on full lock making my car sound like a bus, which is not what I was expecting. Tried to ring and resolve issue with online customer service, but GSF staff only wanted the part back and sent at my expense. How am I going to drive the car without any cooling fan, where is the logic in that ????? I only live 5 minutes from their Heathrow branch, so they can see it on the car, but they do not understand the meaning of customer service.... Very poor service, same scripted responses from staff, managers - should have purchased parts from an alternate supplier, as most have brilliant returns policy, just drop it in at any outlet/shop, very good even if parts prices are slightly more expense, at least they care about customer service - WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM GSF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disgusted to see how much a new phone with only 2 minor scratches will reduce the amount of the final price with Orange Recycle, best stay with Top Dollar Mobile or Mazuma, very disappointed with this service, don't bother with Orange..............
