In my recent dealings with Safercigs I was fortunate to receive a faulty item. I say 'fortunate' because this gave me a chance to see what their customer service was like. All I can say is WOW! A quick email to Darren at Safercigs and 48 hours later a replacement product was in my post box. Bear in mind that's 48 hours including me packaging and returning the faulty item, Darren checking the item on arrival and packaging and posting the replacement - amazing!
All the items I have ordered from Safercigs have arrived extremely quickly, are well packaged and were bought at very competitive prices.
It is a shame that there are not more companies out there with a similar business ethic and I can honestly say that I will definitely be placing more orders in future. I know I will get a good deal, I know my purchases will arrive in good time and I know that if an item should arrive in less than perfect condition that Darren will sort the problem with supreme efficiency. In a nutshell 'I will shop with confidence'.
