This diet is just what I needed to get me started, I've been on it for a week and lost 10lbs already. Im not feeling hungry which is a bonus and the variety of flavours of the shakes and soups are good and they all taste nice, even the bars are good (had some on other diets which were like chewing on straw). I would recommend that you do drink the 2 to 3 litres of water as it does keep you hydrated as you tend to feel very dry mouthed. Would definitely recommend this diet.
