Booked holiday transport (Tenerife South Airport to North Coast) so they should have known our arrival time etc.
Half a dozen people waiting already (fortunate as the office was tiny and the sign was tiny) as we found A2B.
We left 45 minutes later than we had booked, I'm sure it was not a coincidence but the number of waiting passengers now totalled a bus-load. They did not know where any of us were going. Just worked out the route as we went. The driver laughing that he had been late everywhere that day.
60 Euros was reasonable but 100 Euros to arrive 2hrs earlier and in taxi comfort would have been better.
I received my original order as requested and on time.
Then I contacted the returns department - a waste of time. I sent them 2 emails and received an automatic "thanks for..." reply. NO FURTHER CONTACT.
Checked on the website, they are open Saturdays 10 - 4 to answer queries. Don't bother to ring - NO ANSWER.
Finally got through, they had NOT read my enclosed letter with the returned item and offered no apology.
I was back to my starting point. So no further sales to this company.
Finally a reply (thanks to Trustpilot) they stated that they had not received my emails (yes officer the tax is in the post) difficult to see then how I received their standard response " thanks for the enquiry will respond within 24hrs".
