Still trying to get my money back
As you know from my previous review, I have ordered the Miss Amazing Satchel and still have not received it.
I contacted Woucher several times now and explained the whoe story.
I left voice mails, spoke to some of the associates and wrote e-mails.
The last time I spoke to a Woucher associate was last Thursday and the Woman told me that she would state my case as
'urgent', so I can receive my refund.
How is it possible that I still have not got any feedback?
I would really appreciate if somebody would take me seriously and sort out my refund.
I used Wowcher about 4 times now and never had a problem previously.
But on the 4th of February I ordered the Wowcher for the 'Miss Amazing' Satchel and redeemed it straight away.
I never received the item.I tried to contact 'Miss Amazing, but it seems pointless, as they do not answer their e-mail. To call them did not work either, as their mailbox was full, after I left about 4 messages. And since last week, the number does not work at all anymore.
I contacted Woucher regarding this issue, but somehow nobody seems interested.
JUst want my money back now.
If Wowcher would only work with reliable merchants, we would not have all these problems.
