Received tickets as described.
On slight quibble as I had not received tickets 5 days before the event, I sent an email to which i received no response. A further call did tell me the tickets were not yet in hand and that they would be received within a few days. They did arrive the next day as promised.
Overall would use again.
I ordered some tickets yesterday (Sun 17 Mar) for Teenage Cancer Trust at Royal Albert Hall on Thurs 21 Mar. First time using VIagogo.
I had to opt to collect tickets and naturally assumed this would be a pick up from the venue. (I've done this with other tickets from other vendors previously).
When I received my confirmation email, It said I have to go to Victoria to collect tickets.
I immediately contacted Viagogo (tried on phone , but only automated service), by email twice. I wanted to know why tickets couldnt be sent to me direct, or to the venue.
Keep getting standard automated reply saying there isn't time to send out?? There are still 3 days to go. You can use many next day guaranteed delivery services to send either to me or the venue. I have also been charged almost £6.00 for delivery??? When I queried why I was charged for this, when I now have to collect t, I got no direct answer both times. It's going to be really inconvenient for me to collect these tickets now.
Hopefully I will make it in time to do so. A bit worried now seeing other reviews where tickets don't turn up!! If I do get the tickets as described, I suppose I would alter my star rating to 3. However, I do feel misled and am particularly irritated by the responses (or lack therof) . I will not use this reseller again.
