very good service, we had only some problem with the payment on line

The service is great, the bus reaches all areas of London and pass very frequently. Even the audio commentaries in different languages ​​are clear and interesting. I recommend you to get an overall view of the city especially if it is the first time you come. Be careful if you buy tickets on the Internet: the amount was charged three times by mistake, then returned immediately after informing the company ,but I paid the commission three times and the amount returned is slightly lower (less than two euro, but the error was not mine ....)
