Not as expected

Sadly this purchase didn't work out. Ordered on a Sunday, On the Monday I was told over the phone it would be delivered by Interlink couriers on the Wednesday and that I would be given a 'one hour delivery time slot'. I needed the item (a Karcher Jet-washer) to clean up paths etc for a following weekend event). On the Wednesday I was told 'Thursday or Friday', and on the Friday I was told next Monday or Tuesday - and that it would be delivered by Yodel. We have had nothing but trouble from Yodel - previously they've said things like can't find our address (on a main road!), or they 'knocked and no one was in' - when we've been waiting especially in all day long. So I cancelled the order.


All Companies should be this efficient!

Not just great products delivered fast, but excellent service too. I had a holder/charger go wrong after three months of use ... so rang them to order another, explaining why. The chap looked at my records, saw that I'd bought it from them, and said simply, don't worry, we'll replace it free of charge. Not many places would make an exchange after three months. Always good communication, always new products. Excellent company - if all companies were all like Mobile Fun, the shopping world would be a better place!"


Spot on Delivery Service!

This is the second time that DPD has been used by suppliers to deliver goods to me. On both occasions, I had notification by email first thing in the morning of the delivery time slot - today they said delivery would be between (about) 7.50 and 8.50
am. The goods arrived at 7.55 am. Same thing on the previous occasion - delivery within minutes of the beginning of the time slot. I find this a faultless service - and I wish either that other suppliers would use these delivery people, or that other delivery companies could be as efficient (some I have to wait in all day, and wonder if the item is arriving at all...). I'm very happy indeed with their service - and the polite delivery man (who's name I had been given). What a difference it all makes! No hanging around. No phoning up to see what is happening and when delivery is likely (and getting no sensible answer). As I say - for me, I'd be happy if every supplier of stuff I buy would use these people!!
