Still not working!!

Took delivery of Body Train Vibro Plate 2 days after placing the order, and thought "what a fantastic service!" However, once I unpacked the machine, and put it all together, it didn't work. Very disappointed, I called the customer service number provided, who advised they would send out a replacement circuit board. Feeling reassured that the machine would work once the new circuit board was in place, I accepted their apology. New circuit board received, fitted and machine still not working! Having spoken to someone else in the company about the problem, they have promised to test another circuit board before sending it out to me, making sure it works.
Very disappointed that the machine is still not working 2 weeks after being received! this new circuit board is their last chance before I break the machine back down and return it to them.
