I ordered some things online and my goods got split for delivery. 1st lot came next day with [Link] no problem. 2nd batch were suppost to arrive on friday. I got home and hadnt expected a delivery as I had been at work, but there was no calling card. I phone Yodel by getting there No on the internet. After waiting and going through options I found I couldnt organise redelivery as I had no calling card. So I had to hang up and go through it all again. I pressed 3 and 3 again to speak to someone and they hung up on me. I couldn't believe it, thinking it was error again I tried, hung up again. I bacame suspicious if I had the right No, this time I got through. The lady on the other end of the phone didnt seem one bit bothered so I gave the refernce no and she said I could collect it from the depot as it was now after 4pm.....it was 4.02pm, if they hadnt hung up I could have! So I re-arranged for Monday.
Monday came and I was still dubious as to why I didnt get a calling card. I checked the tracking service given to me by the company I ordered with. Their details said they had tried to re deliver on Saturday at 9am. Well I knew I was in on Saturday morning so i phoned Yodel again. Another girl answered unaware of any Saturday delivery, told me it was definately coming today but it had previously gone to the wrong address, so if I give her my phone No the driver will call when he is near to check he is in the right place. So i thought I would wait. I then receive an email from the company I bought through, they were letting me know they item was being sent back to them. I phoned Yodel again. This time I was hung up on twice, so I was really fuming when I got put through to a man this time. He confirmed everything the purchasing company had said, they had delivered Friday (to the wrong address) then on Saturday it went in the van, but they ran out of time. That counts as a second delivery so today they are sending back to sender. They are absolutely appauling. No communication and I hope I never have to use them again
