I've ordered a few pieces of furniture from Made.com over the last couple of years. Their logistic processes are really efficient; their courier company is also very obliging with unpacking the furniture for me and taking boxes away with them.
When I had a problem with one of my deliveries, Made.com sorted out the solution within one hour of me letting them know. Very polite and helpful staff.
