I ordered my phone on 8th March and still have not received it and it is now 18th March.
Two phone calls later I am no further forward except that they blame Royal Mail.
I now simply ask for a replacement to be sent and if the other turns up I will return it.
We are talking here of a Nokia E51 about 5 years or more outdated not a smart phone or something.
I simply want this model as my husband liked it so much and everyone knows the difficulties of changing phone.
I have never experienced such an unhelpful company.
