Pet Supermarket


Rearranged delivery, parcel came on the original day. Bag of dog food was split and took an absoluete age to sort it from the cardboard packaging. Sent an email to pet supermarket, still waiting for a reply. Will think twice about using again.

We very sorry that your order arrived damaged. We have looked into this matter for you and can see that our colleague sent you and email on 17.05.13 requesting pictures of the damaged bag of food. Once the pictures are sent, we can arrange a resend or some form of compensation. Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
