Ordered a door. It finally arrived 4 days after the scheduled delivery. The day after the door was scheduled to arrive, neither customer services at Worldstores nor the local depot of courier (XPD express) answered the phone, despite numerous calls and hanging on endlessly (Worldstores would eventually answer if | selected the option to make a new order, but then was told by person who answered that they didn't deal with queries about orders already made, and was left waiting endlessly to speak to a someone at customer services who could let me what had happened to my order). I also wrote an email enquiry, but no reply. The following day, I finally got to speak to someone who could tell me something about my order, to be told the door would be with the following day - it didn't arrive. This person said they would refund the delivery charge and I got an email 3 days ago seemingly conforming this promise - nothing has hit my account, and I'll not be wasting any more time chasing up this refund. I've wasted enough time. Someone had to stay in for 4 days to wait for the door. If I need another door, I'll just go and get one from Wicks - at least I know I have it without any fuss, inconvenience and a lot of wasted time.
