This delivery was to a commercial business on a large well known industrial estate. Delivery should have been made next day but the driver decided not to bother. No attempt was made to make up for this by delivering on the following day and the delivery was put out for standard delivery 4 days later when once again the driver decided not to bother delivering. Delivery finally made 5 days after it was collected from the sender.
All OK now as I have had an e-mail saying " I apologise for the inconvenience caused you and thank you for your patience "
Get real DPD and sort out your company
Thank you for your kind words but actions are what really matter.
If my company was to have only 25% fully satisfied customers I would be out of business.
I have always taken the approach to keeping my customers happy that they should judge me not by the mistakes made but by the speed and professionalism that the mistakes are corrected.
Clearly DPD do not follow this approach to customer care.
