Buying shampoo was a head-scratcher

I ordered and paid for a special type of shampoo for Intensive scalp treatment. This supplier sent the wrong type (understandable, as the boxes and logos are very similar - but still careless). I couldn't get an answer to my phone call during working hours and received only a No Reply answer to my Contact E-Mail. I find this annoying. They eventually sent me a return address for the incorrect item which I promptly returned, but ten days after the original order I still have not received my shampoo. To cap it all yesterday I found the exact stuff I need at the local chemists for a pound cheaper! I'll know where to buy it next time; and where not to.

Thank you for taking the time to place your review. First I need to apologise for the mistake we made in sending you the wrong variant of the product you ordered. I am also sorry that it took so long to correct our mistake and deliver the correct product to you, we should have kept you better informed of the progress made while correcting our error, clearly our service levels were not acceptable and again I apologise for that. When our customer service telephone lines are busy they do give an option to leave voice mail and I can assure you that if you had left a voice mail message we would have responded as soon as a customer service team member was free. I have noted the point you made about our system for confirming receipt of emails and I will be reviewing the message we currently use to try and find a more informative response than the one which unfortunately annoyed you. Regarding the cheaper price you found locally, we monitor competitors prices of course, I regret that a competitor was able to beat our price and I will discuss this with our buying team, in the meantime one of my customer service colleagues will contact you to try and resolve some of your dis-satisfaction with us,




First stop when looking for metal stock - Metals4U

I found this website through Google and was amazed at the range of metals they stock and the prices. I ordered some ali angle and it was delivered the following day, beautifully packed and at a very reasonable carriage charge. When I realised I'd ordered the wrong size they were very helpful with the return and reorder procedure - it was no problem at all. The replacement goods arrived the next day. I've now bookmarked their website at the top of my Suppliers' board.


Brownie points galore as wife's favourite holiday tipple is found in UK!

My wife was rather partial to a small glass of Canarian Honey Rum while we were on holiday there but, as we only tend to go infrequently, was dismayed to find the cost of shipping it to the UK. Then I found Drinkfinder and there it was - and at a third the price of direct buying. The three bottles were superbly packed and arrived less than 48 hours after ordering them - just perfect for her birthday present today! We will definitely be going back to Drinkfinder...........I wonder if they keep that 8-year old Spanish brandy I so like.
