very poor service

purchased a mouse mat made by razer for £30 , when i opened the box the mat was
bent as it was made from metal so i immediatly sent an email asking for i refund ..
they sent me an rma number and i payed £11.25 for postage return ...
i sent pics to razer of the fauilty mat and they agreed it should be returned ......
over a week after they received it i heared nothing and since then i have emailed them twice and phoned them three times and afer that they now say they will refund me the price of the mat but postage costs will follow ...
why seprate ?
will i ever get them ?
do not deal with this company , i thought it was i good name ..
i was wrong..

item says instock

but they are not in stock , they ment they are in stock with the suppliers ?
which i think is not on .................
