I do like using Muscle food and the website is good however this is not the first time I have had items missing from my order. I don't think that just deducting the cost of missing items from the invoice is acceptable as I still need the missing items meaning I would have to re-order them and incur delivery charges. They really should just redeliver them. The offer code I used also did not register but they said they would add it next time. However this is still an inconvenience as I expect to receive what I order and if items are not in stock this should be reflected on the website. On a positive note the addition of the option to choose UPS makes things easier as Yodel are the worst courier service I have encountered.
