UPDATE: I woke up this morning to multiple email responses from various outlets at the company. In one, I was provided with the customer service number which was international (England). I called using my Google number (2 cents per minute) & was able to get a hold of someone with 5 minutes of wait time. The gentleman was pleasant & helpful! THANK YOU AMY!
ORIGINAL POST: There is NO customer service number ANYWHERE on their website so you'd better be sure that you know what you're ordering or feel like taking on a risk. I am attempting to return a shower valve that is fine but I ordered the wrong valve. I cannot get a hold of anyone to ask questions on which valve to purchase, how to return the unused the valve, or if there is an option to pay for expedited shipping of the new valve. I can't even find a way to email customer service! With regards to the items themselves, they look great with the exception of the hand held rail system which is made of cheap plastic and very dissappointing considering the weight & high end look of the valve and 12" showerhead. I wish I would have listened to other reviewers and gone local or with a company that I could actually ask questions of!I'm really hoping somebody gets ahold of me soon and helps me with this issue as my bathroom remodel is completely on hold until I get the new valve! :(
