Fantastic, quick and money saving service!

Brilliant idea! The name of this service tells all! I am going to use this service more often when travelling! Transfer wise!

Absolutely ridiculous service

on their webpage they do not mention that after paying things with your credit card you have also to fax utility bills etc to avoid fraud etc which is humiliating, I ordered wintertires, at first replied
"We will e-mail you with the estimated delivery date for the tyres along with the invoice as soon as the goods leave our warehouse..
Your Team out of" then they sent another email after a couple of days telling all of a sudden that
"...Because of data security rules we
need a proof of identity from our customers to ensure a high level of fraud prevention. So, please
fax your last electricity bill / gas bill for address confirmation purposes to the following fax
number: 01212103330 " ....
This is a sure way to ensure that no tires will be sold

Dear Mr. Sarev,

I understand that you feel confused and angry about the way your payment was processed/not processed.
But be assured that we are not trying to humiliate our customers.
We only try to fight credit card abuse for our (potential) customers
in times where fraud has become common.
If you have ever been in the position to have a card fraudulent used you will know that it can hardly get worse.

We are trying hard to give the best and most secure service possible and keep our prices low for all our customers.
I am sorry that we made you feel humiliated - that has never been the purpose.
