Update (21 March) - below was my previous review. Just want to say that the ticket was hand delivered to my husband's hotel. The delivery guy called me twice to let me know progress and when he was going to get to the hotel. The ticket was genuine and my husband is now enjoying the 3 day rugby event. All good from our perspective. Thanks Viagogo team! I will not hesistate to recommend the service for someone that could not buy tickets from official sources in time, and want to avoid scalpers.

I purchased tickets for my husband to go to the Hong Kong Sevens for this Friday (22nd March). As my husband is travelling tomorrow, i updated the delivery address to the hotel he is staying at. However it is now 2 days before the event and the tickets have not even been shipped yet!!! What's going on guys? I could not get through the phone lines to speak to a real person and useless emails come back saying the situation is being monitored. Surely you wouldn't leave it so late!!!
I am hoping for the best but am quite concerned.
