Excellent delivery time
I placed my first order before 2PM on a sunday, and it arrived during the following day. I ordered the chocolate mint flavoured whey protein, and it tastes pretty good. This is the first time I've bought protein supplements, and I did a lot of shopping around: good price

Dreadful!
They're a cheap-flights company, so in one respect you get what you pay for. The baggage allowance is pretty low, though, and hold luggage costs extra (pay after check-in): it's costly at £25-£30 per bag.
The seats are cramped and pretty uncomfortable for anyone who doesn't have a small build. Even if you're a medium build, it might be worth requesting a seat by the emergency exit over the wings, as this has one seat removed in front of you, and can give anyone over 5ft8 valuable extra leg room.
Orange
Great phones and plans
Orange offer a great range of smartphones with some decent inclusive calls, texts and data, for a great price. The coverage is pretty good too.
Their customer service section can be a bit baffling though. The automated service has too few options, and it's difficult to get through to an operative when you think you've gone down the right route, only to find that you've got to hang up and try to figure out the options again.
The customer service operatives are partly based abroad, and poor understand of English can lead to frustration, confusion for you and the operative, and a lack kof progress on any issues or problems that you have.

Great service!
This is the second time that I've used Mazuma, and they were really quick to process and pay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
