Have booked through this site often throughout the years, reliable, easy

I have booked through this site about 20 times. The greatest part is the reviews, because through them you can find out about certain facets of the property that are deal-breakers for you like street noise or lack of lockers - something that may not be evident otherwise. I was booking often enough that they were waiving the booking fee which was cool. I have had to cancel once due to a big oops on my part - totally wrong dates - and all went smoothly. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my hostelworld experiences all around.
