Trying to get them to ring when they are in the area is impossible. The delivery address is to a holiday let and I don't wish to alter their route or interfere with their schedule but would appreciate a call as several people in the village or next village will get to the cottage to give them access. Not their policy, but they are willing to make a journey of a minimum of 60 miles again. Maybe if they implemented a common sense policy they could reduce their prices on the amount of fuel and man hours they paid for. Very poor customer service!
