Customer since 2009 after this one bad experience with a customer service staff who not only threatens but refuses refund over postage of sending dead on arrival item and also the item itself, I am done with deal extreme.
You just need to have 1 very bad experience to know how the company deals with old time customers. In short, they don't care as long as you don't ask them about spoilt items that they sent or a never to arrive parcel.
And also, if you happens to be so unhappy that you complain to their forum about what happened and all like opening dispute and escalating as claim... :) Your post will be deleted. LOL.
Added: I have since open dispute and escalate the dispute to a claim. They have 3 more days to respond but I doubt they bother. I just hope every single unhappy customer of their just escalate their transaction into a claim so that the company's account can get frozen and those paid by credit cards just issue a chargeback.
Honestly, after being treated the way they did to me, I feel really lucky I had paid through paypal.
