This is the worst buying experience I have ever had. I paid for next day SIGNED FOR delivery on an item costing over £200. When it was marked on the tracking as Delivered at 09.48 and I had,nt got it I started enquiry within an hour of so called delivery. I sent emails to both the Hut and the courier and found out from my local Yodel branch ( later the same day) that it had just been left on the floor outside my place with no signiture attained or card left, so it had mysteriously disappeared within 5 mins of being left! It took the Hut Group FOUR DAYS just to reply to my initial email with a DO NOT REPLY automated response and thats how it went on for over two weeks. They have NO CONTACT number you can call them on and their so called customer service is a discrace. They DONT REPLY to emails, they apologise but do NOTHING ABOUT IT and they didnt even offer to replace, refund or chase the lost delivery for nearly 10 days! It then took them another week to refund my money!! BEWARE!!!
