I booked with sky-tours but when I went to the airport was told that I wasn't allowed board because Sky-tours hadn't completed the booking. I had to buy a new ticket (at a hugely inflated price).
Over 4 months on, Sky-Tours continue to drag their feet and have refused me any update (I still haven't even been paid back for the original flight - so they have pocketed their commission while having provided me with nothing).
I was even accused of not showing up for my flight (them hoping they could get out of paying out, no doubt), but luckily I've proof that they're lying in this regard.
The company make it purposely difficult to contact them (refusing to provide email addresses / phone numbers where they can be contacted and ignoring contact on their online ticketing system) and one would have to wonder about how real all these positive reviews are.
