Words can't even describe how appalled I am with this company. I've been ordering packages from theprotienworks every couple of weeks for the last month or so. EVERY package has either been lost, not delivered or damaged by DPD.
No calling cards have been left, no effort has been made to contact me and customer service has been woeful.
My most recent ordeal with DPD happened today in which the driver managed to deliver my package to completely the wrong address. Having phoned up customer services, they assured me the driver would pick up the package and subsequently deliver it to me on his lunch break. Its now 6pm and still no package.
If there is one thing I can be certain of with DPD, its that I wont get my package on time/at all.
How you manage to stay in business is beyond me..
