Muscle food are normally really reliable but this order was a disaster from start to finish. I placed an order on Wednesday 7th March and received an email to say the parcel would be delivered by Yodel on Friday 9th March. The delivery never arrived and after a number of phone calls to Yodel I was assured the parcel would be delivered on Saturday. It never arrived. I phoned Yodel again on Monday and was told that the parcel had been delivered to me on Friday. After arguing with them to say this wasn't the case they rang me back an hour later to say the parcel had in fact been damaged in transit and was being sent back to Musclefood. I then had to ring Musclefood and sort out another delivery of my order (by this time the money had cleared my account). Musclefood were very helpful and sent the order out again but when it arrived it was missing about 70% of my original order. I then had to arrange to have the balance of the order sent out to me and I finally received the rest of my order today - nearly two weeks after I placed it. Musclefood are normally great but this experience was time consuming a dire.
The treatment I received from Musclefood afterwards has more than made up for the bad experience I had. They were quick to apologise to me and offered me a free product from their website on my next order. Will definitely use them again, this must have been a one off.
