An excellent service which I will not hesitate to recommend.

I ordered a patella strap for my daughter who has Osgood Schlatter Disease. There was very clear communication however, It did not arrive within 10 days so I sent an email inquiring where it was. I got a reply in less than 24 hours telling me that it had got stuck in Royal Mail but they had ordered a second one and it arrived within 2 working days in Dublin.

Overall great communication and no quibble whatsoever when a problem arose.

Impressive service.
