I have to laugh! I'm currently on maternity leave thank god as I've waited 3 days for my parcel now which is a gift for my unborn son! The driver h as claimed to attempt to deliver it twice which is utter BS! I've been in all day! Spoke to 4 customer service advisors all as much use as a chocolate teapot! One even claimed he's not allowed to be on the phone for longer then ten minutes so he hung up! I'm so disgusted its unbelievable! When this joke of a courier decides to turn up he will wish he never had my parcel! I'm absolutely disgusted with yodels customer service! How they get contracts with company's I do not know!
