Good, informative range of options on the website. Good prices. Communication was excellent once I'd decided to buy from PC Specialist and delivery was quick and efficient.
Set the machine up and it didn't boot up. Rang technical support who were friendly and helpful and after trying a range of options had to open the case and reconnect the hard drive. All fairly straightforward but quite fiddly and three quarters of an hour before it was up and working as a result of which I ended uo with a phone bill of nearly £5 (10p a minute).
Now this doesn't seem right to me: I should not be out of pocket because my machine didn't work. Now, certainly, it was in my interest to get the machine working on the day it arrived and presumably it saved PC Specialist time and money to not have to take the machine back and then send it out again.
Overall I am happy with the machine, I just don't think I should have had to pay to get it working.
