faulty hood customer service not so good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Grand daughter paid £750 for her twin pram, came with faulty hood and after a dozen emails, three phone calls, two picture messages, finally replacement hood arrived and eventually after some begging got £9.99 and free postage off of raincover that we thought came with the order. Thank goodness Lisa is not having anymore babies.

Hi Maureen, we are sorry that you're unhappy with the service you received from us at Pramworld. There was some confusion as to whether it was the stroller hood or the car seat hood that was faulty. I understand this has now been resolved.
