Fast and direct.

Basically, you get what you order, and you get it within about 2 weeks (I'm in the U.S.). I've never experienced weird delays or wrong shipments. I've probably ordered from them 2 or 3 times, and will do so again. Their no-nonsense approach is great. The shipping prices could be lower, of course, but that's just how it is.
